During Monday's city council meeting, president Wanda Williams stated that she felt rushed into moving bills #21 and #41 of 2013. Williams threatened to pull Wednesday's scheduled discussion of bills related to the Harrisburg Strong Plan off the table, Tuesday afternoon she went even further by postponing tonight's meeting which called for discussion of the City entering into an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with PEDFA and the Commonwealth Department of General Services related to the leasing of the Parking System.

The city clerk stated via email that the meetings could be rescheduled for the week of November 4, 2013
