The Board of Control votes to enter into longterm contracts with two Lobbying firms with close connections with Mayor Steve Reed, the board approved a contract with Clark Resources for $4000 per month effective September 1, 2009 to August 30, 2011 and one with Roy Wells President of Triad Strategies effective October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2011 for $7500 per month.Mayor Reed lost the election and will be out of office Jan 2010.
