Harrisburg Authority member Bill Cluck presents comments as Chair Marc Kurowski and board member Westburn Majors vote to adjourn the meeting, Cluck questioned why Kurowski introduced two resolutions to restrict the scope of work for Bankruptcy Counsel investigating the legality of the 2007 Resource Recovery Revenue Notes issued by the Harrisburg Authority in the amount of $30 million the motion passed 2-1 with Kurowski and Majors voting in approval.
