Archive video of Kevin Eckenrode a former press aide at the Pa Gaming commission who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter January 12, 2007.
Eckenrode was charged with third-degree murder after his girlfriend Rachael Kozlusky fell out of a 23rd floor window of his apartment building in Harrisburg.
On May 24, 2011 the office of the Attorney General released a 102 page grand jury report that criticized the hiring practices of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) Eckenrode was hired on the recommendation of his uncle PGCB board member William Conaboy.
