Computergate Sentencing: Samuel Stokes & Don McClintock - Archive Video of Their Guilty Pleas

On August 17, 2011, two of former PA Speaker of the House John Perzel's aides pleaded guilty in the so-called Computergate Scandal. This scandal centered around Perzel's use of $10 million in taxpayer money and resources for his own campaign purposes. Last August, Perzel's brother-in-law and campaign aide Samuel "Buzz" Stokes entered a guilty plea to one count each of conspiracy and conflict of interest. Perzel's former campaign office manager Don McClintock entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy. Today, March 20th, both men were sentenced by Dauphin County Judge Lewis. Stokes was sentenced to 60 months probation, a $5,000 fine, and ordered to pay $35,000 in restitution.
