Glen Willard of PMF gives council members the details on a proposed 10 year lease extension on land under the Walnut, Fifth and Chestnut street garages, as well as a proposed $7.5 million loan obtained by the authority to be used as a one time payment to the city. Mayor Thompson has requested the $7.5 million in order to make city payroll and pay vendors through 2011.
