Tim Anderson, solicitor for the Harrisburg Parking Authority, delivers news that the office of the Harrisburg Receiver will oversee issuing of RFQ's for the lease/transaction of the parking system as early as February 7, 2012.

Anderson explains that he doesn't think the office of the Receiver will conduct RFP's but work down the pool of qualified applicants from the RFQ process, right down to a final selection. Anderson goes on to say that closing of the lease/transaction could take by mid June "They are also on a short time frame, they are attempting to move very quickly."
