Frank Fina took questions after the sentencing hearing of convicted felon Brett Feese, Fina was asked about Joshua Lock's claims of prosecutorial misconduct, Feese was sentenced to 4-12 years in jail and was ordered to pay $1 million in restitution, and unlike Brett Cott and Mike Veon Judge Lewis allowed Feese to self-report to prison on February 28, 2012.

Both Cott and Veon were handcuffed and went directly to jail after being sentenced by Lewis in what is referred to as the Bonusgate scandal.
