Archive Video June 2007: Mayor Reed's secretary, Glenda Keller, abstains from voting on the the final certification of the 2007 City Council primary race. We question why Dauphin County Commissioners would have placed Keller as a member of this Elections Bureau certification committee while she had a clear conflict of interest because of holding the title of Treasurer for Mayor Reed's campaign "Committee For A Better Harrisburg". Keller abstained twice during the final certification vote; thus, rendering her duty impotent.
