Type of Incident: Robbery investigation.

. Date / Time: 01-08-2013, at about 2200 hrs.

. Location: 1900 block of Rudy Rd. . Investigating Officer: Detective Division. . Victim R/S/A: White male, 24, Harrisburg resident.

. Suspect: Black male, about 6’1”, stocky, dark complexion and wearing a tan jacket.

. Black male, description not noted. . Charges: Pending.

. Narrative: On 01-08-2013 at about 2245 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the emergency room of the Harrisburg Hospital on a report that a robbery victim was there for treatment. The victim said that he was just out taking a walk and was confronted by two robbers. One robber approached and asked for a cigarette. The other robber hit him on the back of the head with a handgun. The robbers punched him in the face while yelling for him to empty his pockets. The robbers took a jacket, cell phone, and an identification card. The man then sought treatment for contusions and abrasions to his head and face.
