On Tuesday, February 5th, the Corbett Administration presented its 2013-2014 Budget proposal. Here is Pennsylvania Secretary of the Budget Charles Zogby giving an overview of it.

The Budget: "The Governor 's proposal is a 28.4 billion dollar spending plan, a 2.4 percent increase over the prior year."

Priorities: We have a very fragile and underfunded transportation and infrastructure system across the commonwealth.

Pension System Reform: "We need to address reforms for current employees and that's what the Governor's plan does."
