WCI Partners LP. has filed application to the City of Harrisburg to build a 2.5 story building at the corner of Second and State streets, Harrisburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing July 10th at 6:30pm in room 213 of the city government center. The hearing notice calls for a restaurant to occupy the proposed building.
