As released by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police:

Type of Incident: Shooting-Aggravated Assault.

Date / Time: 08/05/13 at 1855hrs.

Location: 1200 block of Mulberry St.

Victim R/S/A: W/M/27 Resident of Camp Hill

Suspect: Black male wearing all black with a chipped front tooth.

Charges: Pending Narrative: On 08/05/13 at 1855 hrs, Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to the area of the 1200 block of Mulberry St for a disturbance. It was later determined that a female was involved in an argument with a male. The male left and returned with a gun. The female fled the area upon seeing the gun, but the male fired some shots. A short time later, a male arrived at Harrisburg Hospital with a gunshot wound to his foot. He stated that he was in the area of the 1200 blk of Mulberry St and heard the shots and began to run. He later discovered that he had been shot in the foot. He was in the area visiting the female that was initially involved in the argument.
