The following flyer was released by the Harrisburg Police Department and later corrected with the proper location of Hunter Street.

On 9-18-13 at approximately 7pm, Harrisburg Police responded to the 1400 block of Hunter St., for shots fired with a person down.

Rafael Diaz-Cosme, AKA “GORDO” or “TOCO” was located in the area and taken to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased from gunshot wounds. Police are currently seeking anyone with information in regards to this incident.
