Papenfuse raised $78,757dollars between June 11, 2013 and October 21, 2013. The majority of these contributions were above $250 (85%).

Notable contributions include:

$8,000 dollars from AFSCME Council 13.

$1,000 from Representative Patty Kim.

$1,000 from Senator Rob Teplitz.

$3,500 from the Harrisburg Capital PAC.

$1,500 dollars from Donald Fisher of Don and Son's Towing.

$2,500 from Ronald Kamionka.

Labor unions and engineering firms contributed a total of $12,010 dollars.

Labor unions contained in the report include the Sheet Metal Worker's Local 19 PAC, Political Labor Action-Now P.L.A.N, Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 520, IUPAT District Council 21, IUOE Local 542, IBEW PAC Voluntary Fund, I.P.A.L. Iron Workers, Cement Masons Local 592 PAC, Carpenters Legislative Program of Greater PA, Bricklayers & Allied Craftsman Local 5, and the Asbestos Workers PAC.

The referenced engineering firms include HRG PAC. and Gannett Fleming Inc. PAC.

Contributions from real-estate developers:

David E. Black, President and CEO of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and Capital Region Economic Development Corporation (HRC/CREDC) contributed $550, and Linda Ann Goldstein Vice President and COO (HRC/CREDC) contributed $400 dollars.

Dave Butcher of WCI Partners gave Papenfuse $400 and J. Alex Hartzler contributed $1,000. Daniel Deitchman, President of Brickbox Development Inc. contributed $2,000.

Bradley R. Jones of Harristown Enterprises contributed $500 dollars.

In Kind contributions included an additional $20,000 from the Harrisburg Capital PAC for polling and field activity costs.

Notable Expenditures:

Include $11,210 for the purchase of television commercial space and $20,229.33 on professional consulting services. The Strategy Group received $12,354 and The WS Group was given $7,874.43. Both entities provided campaign literature, postage, and consulting services.
