This article was updated to reflect the following press release about Harrisburg police apprehending a fugitive that was wanted on parole violations.

On November 11, 2013 at 5:09 pm Harrisburg Police officers observed Steven Lynch in a vehicle, in the area of the 2300 block of Derry St. Lynch was wanted on a parole violation warrant out of New York and has been sought by the US Marshal’s Service.

Lynch was taken into custody for the New York warrant. He is also being charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver/PCP and Possession of Marijuana. The driver of the vehicle, Brenda Routh, was charged with Hindering Apprehension.
