Both chambers of the Pennsylvania General Assembly will reconvene at 1:00 pm today.

Potential exists in the House to consider HB 106, an initiative sponsored by Representative Mike Carroll (D)-118. A number of amendments have been filed to this bill that appear to contain Transportation funding mechanisms for Pennsylvania's infrastructure.

Here's a look at today's scheduled Committee actions in the House and Senate.

At noon the Joint Legislative Conservation Committee is holding an Environmental Issues Forum on ECO-FRAC Hydraulic Fracturing Solvents in Room 205 of the Ryan Office Building.

The House Agriculture & Rural Affairs Committee will be called off the floor to hold a voting meeting on SB 1131, an initiative sponsored by Senator David Argall to provide potato packaging reforms. The meeting is set to be held in B31 of the Main Capitol.

The House Appropriations Committee will be called off the floor and meet in Room 140 of the Main Capitol. The agenda for this meeting has not been announced.

In the Senate:

The Senate Appropriations Committee will be called off the floor to consider Senate Bills No. 267, 703, 704, 923 and 1085; and House Bills No. 1225 and 1425.
