Dauphin County commissioners approved Resolutions #31 and #32 of 2013.

Resolution #31 is the settlement agreements with contractors/vendors of the THA.

Resolution #32 is the settlement agreements among County, Receiver, AGM, THA and HPA.

Financial advisor Jay Wenger of the Susquehanna Group and attorney Charles Zwally of Mette, Evans, & Woodside. We are scheduled to close on December 23, 2013.

Commissioner Mike Pries. "Christmas will come a couple of days early for the solution of the single greatest financial crisis in our history of our region."

Commissioner Jeff Haste comments on former Harrisburg Receiver David Unkovic, Receiver William Lynch, and Mayor Linda D. Thompson. "If you recall this was headed down a very poor road under the previous Receiver, and General Lynch came in and took charge of things."

Commissioner Jeff Haste. A regional solid waste plan.

Commissioner George Hartwick. "The naysayers will always be on the sidelines."

The Final Vote. A happy new year, right?
