The Pennsylvania House and Senate will reconvene at 11:00 am and 1 pm respectively, here's a look at today's Committee Activity.

In the House:

At 9:00 AM the Human Services Commiteee will hold a Public Hearing on Proliferation of Opioid Drug misuse and abuse in Room 60 East Wing.

The House State Government Committee will also hold a Voting meeting on HR 555, HB 1471, HB 1945, at 9:00 AM in Room G50 of the Irvis Office Building.

At 9:30 AM the House Transportation Committee will hold a Voting meeting on HB 1246, HB 1415, HB 1831, HB 1921, HB 1938, HB 1939, SB 1097, in Room 205 of the Ryan Office Buidling.

The House Judiciary Committee will hold a Voting meeting at 10:00 AM on HB 1852, HB 1874, SB 84 in Room 205 of the Ryan Office Building.

As per the usual schedule the House Appropriations Committee will meet at the Call of Chair, their agenda has yet to be announced.

In the Senate:

At 9:30 AM the Banking and Insurance and Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will hold a joint public hearing on flood insurance in Hearing Room 1 of the North Office Bldg.

The Senate Law & Justice Committee will meet at 10:30 AM for a public hearing on Senate Bill No. 1182, The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Act in Room 8E-A of the East Wing.

The Senate Transportation Committee on Senate Bills No. 1036 and 1239 has been cancelled.

At 11:00 AM the Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure Committee will meet to consider the Executive Nomination of Travis N. Gery, Esq. as Commissioner of Professional and Occupational Affairs; and HB408 in Room 461 of the Main Capitol.
