Dauphin County Commissioners to Host Annual “State of the County” Address, Outline Vision for County Government

WHAT: The Dauphin County Commissioners will highlight their most recent accomplishments and present their action plan for county government at their annual “State of the County” address.

Subjects to be addressed include 9-1-1 funding, transportation and infrastructure, the prescription drug and heroin epidemic and the fiscal outlook for the years ahead. A major announcement is expected.

The program is sponsored by Highmark and a host of other businesses.

WHEN: Monday, April 21, 2014. Formal program and remarks will begin at 6:30 p.m.
