Earl Harris, Pastor of the St Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Harrisburg once again calls out Mayor Papenfuse for the arrest of IMC Present Bishop A. E. Sullivan, Harris stated that the arrest of and demolition of the vacant church on 13th street was "An attack upon African American leadership." and a bill sent by the city to Sullivan for cost of demolition requesting payment of $132K plus fees was meant to Put Bishop Sullivan into bankruptcy.

Mayor Eric Papenfuse comments on an interview with a representative of the Dept of Justice related to the Sullivan arrest. They were unaware of active arrest warrants for Bishop Sullivan. "They basically apologized for taking up our time."
