Rogette Harris won a three way race Wednesday evening to become the Democratic Committee Chair of Dauphin county, Harris won the election on the first round of voting with 74 votes, Alan Kennedy-Shaffer was second with 46 votes and as predicted by Mayor Papenfuse incumbent chairman Mayilyn Levin placed a distant third with 23 votes.
