A pension reform bill and cigarette taxes.

Sam Smith, Speaker of the Pa House. Putting the final touches on things right now.

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter. A political vice grip.

6:46 PM. Vincent Hughes, Minority Chair Senate Appropriations Committee. Pensions is dead.

Senate Appropriations Committee 8:08 PM.

Senator Farnese. This is the fourth year in a row that this administration, this governor has tried to extort votes.

Jake Corman, Majority Chair Appropriations Committee. Tom Wolf as revenue secretary certified a revenue estimate that was four billion dollars short.

Senator Jay Costa. Coming out of the new year with a negative growth rate.

Jake Corman. The members from growing school districts are frustrated.
