Obermayer law firm files suit against City of Harrisburg, Harrisburg Authority.

The law firm of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel, LLP. filed a civil complaint against the City of Harrisburg and The Harrisburg Authority now (Capital Region Water).

Kevin J. Kehner, attorney for Obermayer claims that the city failed to make a payment for services provided by Obermayer and billed to the city on May 10, 2013.

Kehner states that the failure to remit payment by June 10, 2013 constitutes a breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing and requests a judgement of $83,609.21 plus interest on all sums due , cost of suit, reasonable attorney's fees and such other relief as this court deems just and appropriate.
