Harrisburg city council member Jeffrey Baltimore reads a seven minute statement in which he berates local media for reporting the recent actions of council members and elected officials at Magisterial District offices.

Baltimore accuses local media of "causing irreatable harm" by reporting the arrest of Sandra Reid and the financial troubles of council's replacement for city treasurer, Baltimore continues by stating

"These stories about people seem hell-bent about portraying public figures, particular black public figures, as so far from being worthy."
