Darnell Montgomery and Lavelle Muhammad questioned commissioners George Hartwick and Jeff Haste during public participation at Wednesday's commissioners meeting.

The exchange lasted around twenty minutes and contains questions to Hartwick on the use of a racist term, why commissioner Haste spoke as a character witness for a man sentenced to 20 years in prison for trying to arrange a sexual encounter with children, and changing the location or time of the commissioners Wednesday morning board meetings.

Public participation.

The use of the N-word.

Commissioner George Hartwick.

If somebody uses that term around me, I'm the first to step up and snatch'em up.

I don't recall ever using the word.

I hear all that negativity. I see blogs that people spend time doing.

I represent all the citizens of this county.

Commissioner Jeff Haste.

I have spoken out for African Americans and White folk.

Eggs and issues meetings.

Uncut video 20 minutes.
