The modified Harrisburg Strong Plan was presented to Judge Bonnie Leadbetter for approval in Commonwealth Court on Thursday, September 19th, 2013.

Harrisburg City Controller Dan Miller spoke to us about his concerns after the hearing, "Our numbers show there are some big deficits looming ahead and time will tell."

Miller presented the same concerns to Harrisburg City Council prior to the approval of the modified recovery plan on September 16th, 2013.

The following documents were submitted to Commonwealth Court on September 19th, 2013 and outline Miller's objections to the Harrisburg Strong Plan.

Miller's underlying message is that the plan is not sustainable and he questions the accuracy of the figures comprising Harrisburg's blueprint for recovery.

The majority of Miller's objections reiterate what he has already expressed on numerous occasions to interested stakeholders. Time will tell if his concerns have fallen on deaf ears, if his projections are correct, and whether the finalized plan will bring solvency to the City of Harrisburg.
