Brief Description:

Proposes five separate and distinct amendments to the Pennsylvania Constitution, including a change to the nomination of candidates for Lieutenant Governor, a clarification that the Constitution does not grant the right to taxpayer-funded abortion or any other right relating to abortion, requirements for auditing of elections and election results by the Auditor General, changes to the qualifications of electors to require voter identification, and an additional exception to the presentment clause of Article III, relating to disapproved regulations.
