Dauphin County IDA members discuss the solar farm project located on Hetrick Lane in Middle Paxton and West Hanover townships, the farm is being funded by Local Gaming funds provided by Hollywood casino and a 1.6 million dollar grant from the CFA the farm is located on land purchased from Graham Hetrick the Dauphin County Coroner.
