In a surprise vote D-Rep W. Curtis Thomas voted no on House Bill 1317 the bill would allow for up to 70,000 video poker machines in bars and clubs throughout Pa -Rep Michael O'Brien voted against the bill and explains why the chairman recessed and will call for another vote in the very near future.
