Harrisburg resident Bill Cluck during public participation at tonight's Harrisburg Authority meeting, the board decided to postpone voting on budget items until 12.1.9 the date on which the Pa Supreme court will hear Oral Arguments in the Reed v. City Council lawsuit, 12.1.9 is also the date that the Authority will default in as much as $10.9 million in bond payments.
