Senator Wozniak's SB 831 passed out of Community, Economic & Recreational Development committee by a 12-2 vote, the bill would change the gaming act and allow the Foxwood license to be rebid anywhere but in the city of Pittsburgh. Wozniak's bill called for the license to go the the Johnstown area but an amendment sponsored by Senator Earll inserted language allowing for a statewide rebid process.
