Senator John Wozniak comments on the proposed Lawrence Couunty Valley View Downs racino's developer Centaur LLC, the company filed for bankruptcy in 2009, Wozniak's SB 831 would rebid the Foxwoods license granted in Philadelphia, the bill was voted out of committee by a 12-2 vote.
