After overseeing a committee meeting which one member called "a circus" chairman Marylin Levin tries to explain her requests for a five thousand dollar donation from Eric Papenfuse and George Hartwick for in her words "Promoting the democratic brand" Levin then loses her cool and starts to belittle Eric Papenfuse a candidate that the executive committee recommended to endorse for the office of county commissioner.
