Harrisburg Parking Authority member Kate McMullen questions board members on a news story that we posted on twitter relating to a meeting between New York investor Jacob Frydman, members of the Act 47 team and Dauphin County Commissioners Jeff Haste Mike Pries and George Hartwick. Jacob Frydman was the principal behind the 2008 lease of the Harrisburg Parking System,the lease was ratified by authority members but failed to receive city council approval.
