Dog advocate Tamira Thayne and 27 protesters chained themselves to doghouses on the steps of the capitol,the group is in support of HB 826 and SB 972 the bills would limit the amount of time that a dog could be chained outdoors. Thayne announced she will be married (with chains) today at 5pm.
