Archive video of Attorney General Tom Corbett's presser on the indictment of Jeff Foreman, solicitor for the Harrisburg Parking Authority, Foreman was indited two months after the vote to lease Harrisburg's parking system to an investment group lead by Jacob Frydman. Foreman was referred to during the "Bonusgate" trial as the "Grim Reaper" due to his demands of democratic staffers to preform campaign work throughout the state. Foreman surrendered his law license forfeited his pension and is severing 11 1/2 - 23 months at the Dauphin County Work Release Center.
