He's back, Tobin once again plead not guilty to recent charges in a phone jamming scheme during the 2002 elections in New Hampshire

James Tobin was found guilty of jamming phone lines of the New Hampshire Democratic Party Headquarters. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison and 2 years of probation, and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine. He remains free, pending appeal.
