Just a two weeks after proclaiming "I am history" mayor Thompson made a visit to the capitol in an attempt to prevent a state takeover of the city of Harrisburg, Thompson visited Rep. Ron Buxton and then wandered unannounced onto the floor of the Pa House, Thompson was eventually asked to leave the chamber. Senator Piccola's SB 1151 was approved 185-9 and is expected to move to the senate on or around Oct 17,2011.
