Alleged sex abuser Jerry Sandusky will appear at Center County Common Pleas court on Tuesday December 13,2011 the courthouse is located in the borough of Bellefonte, a Dairy Queen ice cream restaurant across the street from the courthouse will serve as a central location for members of the press.
