DCED postpones public forum for Harrisburg Receiver David Unkovic From the DCED website.

www.pa.gov/harrisburgreceiver The Public Forum scheduled for this date is cancelled due to an inability to arrange for the facility.

A new Public Forum will be scheduled and announced in January.
