Joel Sansone attorney for Mike Veon is questioned on the court order delivered by Judge Bratton prohibiting tweeting for his courtroom, Adam Klein attorney for Roxbury News filed the request to allow reporters to "tweet" during the Mike Veon BIG trial, Bratton's Order delivered February 16th referenced Pa R. Crim. P. No 112. Bratton writes

"Expressly prohibits the transmission of communications from the courtroom and its environs, including transmission by "advanced communications technology" which we interpret to include Twitter and other internet based, social networking or communication programs"
