After the March 1, 2012 Commonwealth Court hearing on the Receiver's Recovery Plan, Attorney Scott Wyland explained why six municipalities (along with four municipal authorities) filed objections to the Harrisburg Recovery Plan. Wyland's firm Salzman Huges P.C. represents the municipalities and the authorities calling for the immediate termination of the City's use of Sewer Trust Fund revenues for non-sewer purposes.
