Governor Corbett recounts his observations of Republican Party presidential nominee candidate Rick Santorum and declares, "Never underestimate Rick Santorum." However, he won't go so far as to endorse anyone. In fact, he makes it clear he may not announce his choice for President before the April 24th PA primary election.
