During the March 26th Lancaster County Democratic Committee rally against the "ultra sound" bill, candidate for PA Attorney General, Patrick Murphy, speaks out against House Bill 1077 which would require women to undergo a mandatory ultrasound 24 hours before having an abortion. Calling the proposal an "outrageous assault on women's rights," Murphy condemns Governor Corbett's support for the bill. --Tara Leo Auchey
