During a joint City Council, City Controller, and City Treasurer press conference on April 5th, Councilor Patty Kim called on PA's Governor Corbett to look into the truth behind Receiver David Unkovic's March 30th resignation. She insists, "Unless the Governor gets to the bottom of the issues and corrects the environment that led to Dave Unkovic's resignation, the entire Act 47 process will be rendered useless." Kim stresses the Governor must act with integrity and rise above politics in order to help the City of Harrisburg which she says seems a victim of corruption.--Tara Leo Auchey
