During the April 11th Municipal Advisory Committee meeting, Fred Reddig, Executive Director of PA's Department of Community & Economic Development reads aloud the official decree that he has been designated the "Administrator of the Office of the Receiver" until a new receiver is appointed to oversee the City of Harrisburg.
