At the Harrisburg Mayor's Town Hall on Neighborhood Crime Prevention on April 25, 2012, Mayor Linda Thompson addressed the five City of Harrisburg homicides that have occurred so far in 2012. She claimed "all five of those homicides have been solved," and Captain Elijah Massey nods in confirmation of her proclamation.
