The court hereby orders Secretary Walker to file, on or before 5-11-2012, a brief status.

Comment: report that includes information regarding the activities of Mr. Frederick Reddig, since his designation as temporary administrator of the Office of the Receiver, and information regarding when the Court may expect to receive a petition for appointment of a Receiver.

In addition, Secretary Walker shale attach to the status report a copy of any written report that may have been proved by the Office of the Receiver to the Municipal Financial Advisory Committee established under Section 711 of the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act, 53 PS 11701.711.
