During the April 30th Harrisburg City Council Legislative Session, City Council voted to table the vote to approve the City?s new Chief Operating Officer per the Court-approved Receiver Recovery Plan.

Councilor Koplinski read a statement declaring that City Council should not approve any part of the Receiver?s Plan until the more information is provided to City Council and the public about the sale/lease of the City?s assets, Receiver David Unkovic?s resignation, and a U.S. Attorney investigation into the Harrisburg financings.--Tara Leo Auchey
